What days and hours are you open?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. We are closed Sundays.


How do I contact you?

What types of flowers do you sell?

We sell fresh flowers and greenery that we source from the best farms, all over the world. 

Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use for online purchases?

Right now, we do not currently offer any discounts or have any  coupons or offer codes available. Be sure to like and follow up on               Facebook and Instagram to be notified of any upcoming special or event.

Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

Funeral deliveries take a very high precedence. Similar to a wedding, funerals must adhere to very strict schedules and timelines                 and as a result, we do our very best to ensure that we arrive at the agreed upon time and typically shy away from a “time slot”.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently service Clearwater, St Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Large and all surrounding areas.

Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?

Absolutely! When you place your order online, please memo in the note section that you would like to pick up your arrangement in               store.

How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

We do not currently offer shipping. Local delivery only. Our delivery fee is a flat rate of $15 and is waved when purchases cost more             than $300.


What about substitutions?

Substitutions happen. Because the weather cannot be predicted and because global shipping times can fluctuate, sometimes                     substitutions need to be made to the arrangement you have order. We always do our best to maintain the desired color and shape             of the flowers you have selected but sometimes have to alter the arrangements design as a whole. In the event of any substitutions             being made, we will let you know prior to the change.

Can I pick a delivery time?

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to select a specific time. We offer a delivery time window with every purchase.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes! As long as the order is submitted to us before 10AM, we are able to make a same-day delivery.

What happens after I place an order?

You will be sent a confirmation email and a copy of your receipt. Once the order has made it to us, one of the designers from our                  team will start building your desired work of art!

Can I make a change to my order?

As long as the order has not already been put together, we are happy to make adjustments as needed. Please let us know as soon             as possible if you need to make any changes.

Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

Similar. Not always identical. Like snowflakes, now two flowers are the same and as a result, not all arrangements will mirror the                     arrangements in the photos.
